Our Client Support Department is available from 07:30am to 17:00pm week days, call us for urgent assistance or simply send us an email or leave a voice message and our talented team of technical guru's will assist you in correcting, fixing or setting up new features relevant to your website and domain.

Should you require website updates and additional features please email our design team with your request along with any relevant information i.e. text and images. Clients with a build in CMS (Content Management Interface) may contact us with regards to any problems or assistance you require.

Admin Panel Access

All clients are provided with direct access to their domain hosting platform, we request though that you exercise caution when using the Admin panel as it is very easy (if you're not technically minded) to accidently change important settings.

Email our Support desk now and we'll setup the additional account for you and send through detailed setup instructions.
Linux Hosting Platform Clients on our new Int. Linux hosting platform will find an abundance of information, FAQ's and demonstration (how to) video clips on the CPanel interface.

Your email accounts are linked to your domain name, there for please insert your domain i.e "chickens.co.za" where appropriate in the tutorials below. Should you not have you email passwords and local POP3 and SMTP details please contact out Client Support Department for this information.
